Terms of Use

WorkPilot AI is a portfolio demonstration of a full-stack application. It is not a commercial platform and no real money ever changes hands.

1. Nature of the platform

WorkPilot AI is a demonstration marketplace for software and creative services. Accounts, services, bookings, payments, projects, and reviews exist as demonstration data only.

2. Payments are demo/test only

All payment flows use provider sandbox or local demo rails: Stripe runs in test mode (no real charge), and the bKash rail is a clearly labeled local simulation. No real settlement, escrow, payout, or refund of real money exists.

3. AI assistance is advisory

The AI planner produces suggestions and draft project briefs. Its output is advisory, validated before storage, and never replaces your decisions or application permissions. The assistant cannot perform privileged actions.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Demo credentials shown on the sign-in page belong to public portfolio demo accounts and grant no administrative access. We may revoke sessions or suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

5. Content

Service listings and reviews are provided by account holders in this demonstration context. Reviews are restricted to completed bookings so ratings reflect real delivery within the platform.

6. Changes

These terms describe the current demonstration scope and may be updated as the platform evolves. See also the Privacy notice.
